First, we will focus on understanding why we, as a society, want our bodies to look a certain way, and how we have all received the same messages, no matter our body size, type, gender, or race.
Then we will address the actual problem: that we have placed a primitive body in today's society, and modern-day products are manufactured to purposely amplify our cravings and promote overconsumption for profit.
I will teach you several tools that will help you like and even love your body as it is right now. From there, you will be empowered to make choices that truly and sustainably benefit your health.

After normalizing your experience, we can start moving forward in addressing health and body goals with a mindset guided by your values, rather than self-criticism.
We will focus on what we can add to improve your overall health rather than removing things. Instead of extreme measures, we will aim for consistent 1% improvements and focus on how these positive behaviors accumulate over time.
We will brainstorm ideas for how we can enhance your life with true pleasure first to make reducing "numbing" behaviors more manageable.
