We'll brainstorm ways to enhance your life with genuine pleasure to reduce "numbing" behaviors.
Finally, I'll teach you tools to create a sustainable forever plan that your subconscious can manage, making reaching your natural body goals inevitable.

I started to pay attention to where my thoughts were coming from. I realized that a lot of what I was thinking, that I used to think was factual, was actually just a repetition of what I had heard from society or from my mother. It was not a reflection of what I WANTED to think of myself. I started to think of myself differently. I started to have patience and love for myself as I was, which I have never done before. Because of this, I started to think about what I was using to fuel my body and started to WANT to take care of myself - not out of a need to fix my body but out of a desire to take care of it. Movement was something I looked forward to as something to help take care of myself, not as something I absolutely dreaded.
Johana really and truly helped me to see how my perfectionism and my need to people please were holding me back from achieving my goals. She helped me to set attainable milestones and celebrate when I achieved them. Coaching with her helped me to see myself as I am and love myself as I am - without the need to be perfect all of the time. This naturally led to me taking better care of my body.
This is the last time I am going to struggle with weight loss and it's because of Johana's program. It is because I have learned to love and trust myself and decide WHO I want to be and HOW I want to show up for myself.
